Kiyanna’s chess journey began at the age of four when she started playing with her father. Her passion for the game led to professional training and competitive participation. By six years and ten months, she became Rajasthan’s youngest FIDE-rated player. She went on to win Gold in the Asian Youth Chess Championship 2023 (Under-8 Girls) held in Al Ain, UAE, along with a Silver in the Rapid format and three Gold team medals for India in Standard, Rapid, and Blitz formats. In 2024, she continued her winning streak by securing a Gold medal in Blitz format at the Asian Youth Chess Championship 2024 (Under-10 Girls) in Kazakhstan and finishing in the top ten at the FIDE World Cup 2024 in Batumi, Georgia.

Currently, Kiyanna aims to become the youngest Woman Candidate Master (WCM) in India and Asia. Eligible for the direct title, she is focused on reaching an ELO rating of 1800. Her dedication is reflected in her 6-8 hours of daily training under top coaches.

Through its initiatives, NEEV is ensuring that young talents like Kiyanna get the support they need to excel. By fostering young champions in education and sports, NEEV is working towards a future where talent is nurtured from an early age, paving the way for India’s next generation of leaders and sports icons.
